5. Exchanges (Only for Defective Products):
   We offer an exchange policy only for defective or damaged items.
   In the event that the product you receive is defective, we will allow you to exchange it for a new product. However, you will need to pay for the new product before the exchange is processed.
   Once we confirm payment for the new product, the defective item must be returned to us. Only after receiving the defective item will we ship the new product to you.
