Exchange Policy
At Luxe & Loom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer an exchange policy to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.
Exchange Process:
Eligibility:
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at luxeloom079@gmail.com or call us at 03248045358 for exchange authorization. Once authorized, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Exchanges (Only for Defective Products):
- We offer an exchange policy only for defective or damaged items.
- In the event that the product you receive is defective, we will allow you to exchange it for a new product. However, you will need to pay for the new product before the exchange is processed.
- Once we confirm payment for the new product, the defective item must be returned to us. Only after receiving the defective item will we ship the new product to you.
Non-exchangeable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:
- Intimate wear
- Perishable items
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
Payment Terms for Exchanges:
- For exchanges of defective items, the new product must be paid for before the exchange is processed, even if the item is faulty.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will ship out the exchanged product after confirming the payment for the new one.
